From a young age, I was highly sensitive to energies and curious, noticing subtleties others often missed and questioning the world beyond the surface.

In my late teens, I experienced intense anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and a disconnection from my body, compounded by a back injury that left me struggling physically and mentally. Conventional approaches offered little lasting relief, so I remained open to anything that could help.

In 2011, I began working with a teacher trained as a monk, first purifying my body on the physical level, then emotional and eventually spiritual, as time went on it revealed how emotions, memories, and physical tension are deeply connected. Through meditation, yoga, qigong, and guided practices, I discovered that patterns of stress and tension in the nervous system shape how we think, feel, and respond—and that these patterns can shift when the system is supported rather than forced. I healed my back, my skin, lost the weight and opened spiritual abilities I didnt know were possible for us. I started to see the subconscious mind is held in the body, and memory often stores and holds patterns that create physical issues and patterns in our external life.

This became the foundation of Perception Revolution: a practical, body-focused approach that helps regulate the nervous system, release limiting patterns, and restore balance. The work isn’t about forcing change; it’s about supporting the body so it can naturally return to stability.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, physical tension, or mental overactivity—especially those who feel highly sensitive or “stuck in their head.” When the system settles, shifts happen naturally: physically, mentally, and in how life is experienced.
